Projects represent
the highest organizational tier in TRACE. While a TRACE server may have
multiple projects on it for use by many different project staff, the
information that TRACE stores and relates to is project-specific and maintained
at the project level.
When multiple
projects exist on the same TRACE server, each project works independently of
other projects. To access a project, personnel require a user account and role
assigned by a project administrator. TRACE administrator rights are required to
create a new project.
