Issues

Use the Issues module to capture an issue that may affect the project. If a project staff member raises an issue, an Action Item may be created to monitor and/or manage it. Select the Issues button on the Module Bar to use this module in TRACE. To learn how to create a new Issue, see Add/Edit Forms.

The Issues form type has the following fields specific to raising issues:

      Priority: Select the Issue’s importance to the project, from Very Low to Very High.

      Severity: Select the Issue’s impact to the project, from Enhancement to Blocker.

      Due Date: Enter a date or use the calendar widget to choose.
